We’re excited to announce we’re hiring part time positions for the 2022 season! Our ideal Homegrown Blooms team members are passionate for flowers & creative design, physically capable of lifting, bending & working outdoors, have communication skills, willing and excited to learn & have availability on weekends for assistance with wedding deliveries. Requirements:

• Is a trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking individual.
• Available to work Wednesdays (CSA + Processing Day) + some weekends for wedding deliveries. (More days and hours available depending on individual.)  
•  Is committed to doing good work with a good attitude. Creativity is key!
•  Is able to work efficiently at time sensitive tasks like making bouquets, harvesting, weeding...
• Works well in public in a responsible manner. (Professionalism for weddings + events)
•  Has a strong interest in local, sustainable flowers. 

 Has a desire and patience for community, as you will be working with our CSA members who love their weekly flower shares! ​
