We’re expanding our team! 

We’re excited to announce we’re hiring part time/ full time positions for the 2025/2026 season! (April-November) Our ideal Homegrown Blooms team members are passionate for flowers & creative design, physically capable of lifting, bending & working outdoors, have communication skills, willing and excited to learn & have availability on weekends for assistance with wedding deliveries. Requirements:
  • Is a trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking individual.
  • Available to work Wednesdays (CSA + Processing Day) + some weekends for wedding deliveries. (More days and hours available depending on individual.)  
  •  Is committed to doing good work with a good attitude. Creativity is key!
  •  Is able to work efficiently at time sensitive tasks like making bouquets, harvesting, weeding...
  • Works well in public in a responsible manner. (Professionalism for weddings + events)
We are not a walk-in flower shop.  All bouquets and arrangements must be ordered ahead of time.
To best accommodate your order requests at least a weeks notice is recommended.  Bringing a clients vision to life is our top priority, although we cannot promise exact replicas of designs shown for inspiration. Creative freedom is a valued  part of the design process bringing forth our most stunning work. Due to the nature of organic materials, Homegrown Blooms cannot be held responsible for the flowers after delivery or pick up.  ​
